Black Death

With the little video you watched, this link and this link and other resources you have dug up, answer the following questions. 1.What caused the Black Death? 2.What other names does the disease have? 3.What was the mortality rate of the disease? How sure are you of your answer? Explain. 4.Mention a few methods were used to prevent the spread of the disease that had the opposite effect. 5.If you were put back into the Middle Ages, what would you do to prevent catching the disease. 6.Is Ring around the Rosy from the Black Death during the Middle Ages? Explain. 7.Give some reasons why the plague helped bring about the Renaissance. 8.Be prepared to act out some of the symptoms of the plague. Be as realistic as possible.
